Since childhood, I have been passionate about parts and machines, always taking my toys apart to understand how they worked. With this passion and a concern for the Yanomami tribes affected by water contamination from illegal mining, I created an aquatic rover: an autonomous vehicle for water to identify the issue. In 2023, I won gold at FEMIC and was accredited for the International Science Forum in Puerto Rico, where I also won gold. I participated in the Stockholm Junior Water Prize, winning the national stage in Brasília. I am a three-time champion and the first from the Northeast to represent Brazil at this prize. Despite my parents’ limited education, they always encouraged us, believing education can change the world.
