My name is Emília Kovács. I come from Hungary and I am studying in Bessenyei György High School. I am interested in biology and chemistry. In fact I adore dealing with these subjects in my free time, too. Beyond that I enjoy walking and riding in the nature
Tell us what the water concern in your country is!As for the water, Hungary is a favourable situation. Fortunately, there are several rivers and lakes here which are clean. However we are exposed to environmental protection activity of surrounding country.
This is what I think is one of the solutions for a sustainable future:The human population is constantly growing on our Earth, so protein deficiency can appear in the future. Because of this, the alternative protein sources ( like alfalfa) will play main role in the nutrition of human population. The protein isolation resuts in a by-product, called brown juice. They have a harmfull effect on the environment, for example they contributes to eutrophication. However, if we recycle them and fermentate them, we can reduce this effect.
